Game Rules
- National Federation High School Rules
- 20 minute halves (Running Time) (Time can be adjusted if Needed)
- Clock stop last 2 minutes (Regulation Time) of each half
- 2 timeouts per half (no carry over
- 1st overtime 1 minute (1 timeout) 2nd overtime sudden death
- 5 minute warmup time- 2 minute half time
- Shooting fouls – 1 shot for 2 or 3 pt. attempt
- If player is fouled on made basket 1 point is added (No Free throw)
- Home team (listed 1st) keep book unless otherwise noted
- Players are allowed to play with only ONE team throughout the league.
-Teams are encouraged to play man-to-man defense.
-This league is to help promote local basketball, so teams are encourage to play the game as the SA Spurs demonstrated. TEAM BALL
